Both will be held at the Barn on the New River (Southfork) in West Jefferson, NC.

We chose a beautiful venue in western North Carolina. With that being said, most of our guests will have a several hour drive to the venue, which will include scenic back roads. We suggest securing a hotel room or airbnb for the weekend in West Jefferson or Boone to celebrate with us! Please see the 'travel' section of our website which includes hotel infomation. Cell service can be spotty in the mountains. We recommend starting your route to the venue while still in range of good service.

Guests should dress in semi formal wear for the ceremony. For the reception, we encourage our guests to bring a change of clothes for something a little more comfortable as the night goes on!

We currently do have a registry. We would love to prioritize donations to our honeymoon fund, however we do have a registry available for those that would like to gift physical items. Both the honeymoon fund and registry can be found under the 'Knight registry' tab of our website.

As much as we love children, we are choosing to have an adult-only celebration (unless specifically invited). We feel it is important to have adults present that will understand the value and importance of our special day and cherish it with us. Additionally, we hope our guests take this as an opportunity to have a night off and celebrate with us! We appreciate your understanding and respect of our wishes.

We would prefer RSVPs to be done online- this is faster and helps us keep better track!

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors in the climate controlled barn.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at 3 pm, an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Parking is available on site in the gravel lot diagonal from the barn. There are enough spaces for 75 cars. We encourage carpooling if possible.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
